Using its well-established links to Government and the Civil Service, Mutuo works to ensure that mutual sector issues remain at the top of the political agenda.

Mutuo is Secretary to the All Party Parliamentary Group for Building Societies and Financial Mutuals.

The APPG for Building Societies and Financial Mutuals Group is committed to supporting mutuality in building societies and financial mutuals. It currently has 128 Members across all parties, both from the Commons and the Lords.

In addition to our work with the APPG, the Mutuo team piloted four successful pro-Mutual Private Members Bills through Parliament.
